Qualified training as an industrial clerk in mechanical engineering and large-scale plant construction, followed by a degree in business administration - with a focus on human resources

 

My practical background

• more than 20 years of experience as a manager in various industries (e.g.  mechanical and large plant construction, automotive, construction industry,  insurance and  management training)

• more than 15 years of experience in leadership development and in the management and implementation of HR projects

 

Since 2012, I have been supporting companies as a freelance consultant in all matters relating to human resources and as an HR interim manager.

I am grateful that I was able to deepen my professional experience through international projects in South Africa, France, Eastern Europe and Asia.​
